• Additional Information – Important Transfer Details Pickup & Waiting Time Policy To ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer, the following complimentary waiting times apply depending on your pickup location: - Keflavík International Airport: 45 minutes from the flight's actual arrival time. - Reykjavík city pickups: 15 minutes. - Blue Lagoon: 15 minutes. - Silica Hotel: 15 minutes. - The Retreat Hotel: 15 minutes. For airport pickups, your driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time if your flight is delayed. The complimentary 45 minute waiting period begins when your flight actually lands. For hotel departure transfers, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Please be ready at the agreed time to avoid delays. Please note that additional waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance may incur extra charges. Flight & Booking Information For airport transfers, please provide your flight number, arrival or departure details, and a valid contact phone number when booking. This allows us to coordinate your pickup and monitor any flight changes. If you are arriving by cruise ship, please include the name of your cruise ship in the booking comments so we can coordinate your pickup accordingly. Our transfer service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, accommodating early-morning and late-night flight arrivals and departures. For departure transfers, we recommend scheduling your pickup to allow sufficient time to reach Keflavík International Airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure. Luggage Capacity Guidelines Vehicle type (standard sedan or minivan) is determined by your selected booking option. Please review the following luggage capacity guidelines before booking: Standard Sedan (1–4 passengers) - Up to 3 large suitcases (65–75 cm) and 2 carry-on bags; or - Up to 4 medium suitcases (55–65 cm). Minivan (1–8 passengers) - Up to 6 large suitcases; or - Up to 8 medium suitcases. Luggage capacity may vary depending on the number of passengers and the size of their belongings. Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with additional, oversized, or special luggage so we can arrange the most suitable vehicle. Please ensure that your passenger count and luggage requirements are compatible with your selected vehicle. Child Seats & Special Requirements For the safety and comfort of our youngest passengers, infants and young children must travel in an appropriate child seat. Child seats can be arranged in advance upon request. Please mention your requirements when making your reservation. Transfer Duration All journey durations are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and the time of day. We recommend allowing sufficient travel time, particularly when connecting with flights or other scheduled activities. One-Way & Round-Trip Transfers Choose a one-way transfer or arrange a round-trip journey for added convenience.
